I am ordering our second bookshelf now! Great system that my two two-year olds actually use - no more books all over the floor. Better quality than I expected, although I don't think it will withstand one (or both) of them climbing up it. Holds a decent amount of books so I am ordering a second one for the bedroom. Only drawback, it does not work for small books since the books can not be seen. However, I'm just so thrilled that the piles and piles of big books are no longer on the floor since the conventional bookcase was just an invitation to pull everything off. Also, Little Wonders is a terrific vendor -- quick shipping and the product arrived in great shape.

I bought this book display for my toddler, and we love it! It's just the right height for him to access the books we allow him to access, it's sturdy, and it looks really cute. The slings are too deep to display small board books, but my son has no problem fishing them out of the pockets.

This sling bookshelf comes unassembled but is quite easy to put together. Anything I have purchased that is made by Kidkraft has been an excellent product.
My toddler has at least 100 books that she inherited from other family members and she loves to organize them in the bookcase. It is slim and fits snug next to any wall. All of it is made of wood except for the sling part that is made of a canvas material. The reason the canvas is convenient is because if you have taller or heavier books, it allows you to adjust for size.
It is convenient for small spaces, I recommend this for day cares and for parents of children who love to read.

My 16 month old son loves books, and this sling shelf is the perfect height. It is best for the larger books, as the small ones don't stick out above the canvas. He does, however, look for the books down in the pockets and pulls them out for me to read to him. It was easy to assemble. It came with a little tool, so I didn't have to dig out a screwdriver. It is also attractive. Everyone that comes into our home comments on what a nice book holder it is for him. It holds about 30 board books if they books are stacked against each other. This is okay with me, as I rotate the books in the shelf. If you expect to display all of the books you have at one time, this probably isn't the holder for you...or you will just need to buy more than one.

I PURCHASED THIS FOR MY 2 YEAR OLD GRANDSON FOR HIS BIRTHDAY, IT IS PERFECT FOR HIM SO HE CAN SEE AND SELECT WHAT HE WANT TO BE
READ TO HIM. ALSO THE CANVAS SLING IS MADE OF HEAVY DUTY CANVAS NOT THE NON WOVEN TYPE OF MATERIAL THAT SOME HAVE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS ITEM AND WOULD PURCHASE AGAIN IF I NEEDED ONE
